Bad day

Do you ever have a day where your child walks into everything? Well today was that day. Started with Half Price Books. They had all these little junky kits on the floor and Noah tripped over them and landed in a bookcase. His lip was bleeding and he has a scratch on his face. When I told them they need to get that crap off the floor they replied with well we have carts. And I replied my son does not need a germ infested cart. Plus he can walk on his own it's a book store for crying out loud. When we got home he pulled a bunch of stuff down on himself. And then I stood back and didn't see him behind me and knocked him over. Poor guy.

Today I'm getting rid of the big gross pressed wood dresser in our room. I took Noah's dresser. Moved his clothes into a plastic little dresser thing that fits into his closet. So we both have so much more room! I really need to go through his toys. I have two huge laundry baskets full of junk I still need to go through.

I talked to my Dad the other night. My dad has a mean rooster at his house in Ohio. Well the other day the rooster got out and now no one can leave the house without some sort of protection at nighttime. He didn't say what kind of protection but I'm sure it's a baseball bat. It's also been getting up on my stepmothers SUV scratching it up! The picture above is the rooster I had as a teenager and our two donkeys Jenny and Gracie. I miss having farm animals.

Back to cleaning.
